The Group.
House Of Music Group is an independent music company headquartered in Milan. We acquire, develop and manage music rights across the entire value chain, from artists and labels to publishing and catalogue.
Our portfolio spans recorded music and publishing. We structure dedicated vehicles for our catalogue transactions.
“Every right we own started as a room full of people who cared. That is still how we find them.”
Yuri Ferioli, founder and CEO
Why House Of Music
A record. A song. A career. A label. A catalogue. Each is a right that can be owned, managed and grown. We keep them under one roof.
How we readthe market.
Before a hit is a hit, it belongs to a community. The value is already there; the market catches up later.
We find those communities early, around an artist, a label or a scene, and we stay close while they turn into rights that pay for years. Ten years of doing this with our own artists, labels and catalogues is how we learned to see it coming.
What we doWhat we do ↗Whatwe do.
We manage music rights through their full life cycle. We source them early, develop them, and hold or sell them based on value.

Portfolio.
A growing group of independent labels, catalogues and publishing rights.
We have taken a catalogue through every stage: signing, development, multi-platinum certification and sale. The same team and the same method are now applied across the portfolio.

Better data means faster decisions, lower operating costs and a clearer view of what each asset is worth.

Nabu runs the operations behind every label in the house. It removes the manual work from releases, contracts and royalties, and turns the hours saved into capacity: more rights managed, at the same cost, with fewer errors. Every piece of data stays in one place, so nothing gets lost and decisions are taken on the numbers, fast. Built for our own labels, now used by partners.

The next phase of growth.
For ten years House Of Music has grown on its own resources. The next phase is built with partners.
Music rights are an established asset class, with revenues that are recurring, global and largely uncorrelated with traditional markets. We work with banks, family offices and institutional investors who want to add them to their portfolios.
